Repair Services for electronic and mechanical parts. Particularly if time matters, hfsemi offers fast turn-around solutions. In case, an obsolete part is no longer available a repair is the solution to get the equipment back to production. Repairs include the repair and necessary and QA tests. Automotion LC4 LC5 and PSC 101 and 102 controller are good to go for many years. On top we perform in house refurbishment of fabs equipment which is sent to us.
